Prices are in EUR without VAT. Depending on the package chosen, billing is done monthly, quarterly or annually, at the BNR exchange rate.
Technical support service is available on business days between 09.00 – 17.00 UTC + 2. The response time for the technical support service is 24-48 hours from the request submission. For the CloudEnergy 100 package, technical support service is available if requested on site. Costs with on-site technical support, travel and accommodation are not included.
A remote training session with users is provided during the installation. The duration of the training differs depending on the chosen package.
